Grain Whiskey in Ireland is distilled from one or more of the following: corn, wheat, rye and barley. It may be produced in any kind of still, though it is typically distilled in a Continuous Column Still. This is, by far, the cheapest and most efficient way to produce spirit, however it is often much less complex than the Pot-distilled Malt Whiskey, distilled solely from malted barley.
